Franchise Granting

No, Lamiz Coffee does not grant franchises, branch ownership, signage rights, or licensing. All branches in Tehran and other provinces are exclusively owned by the founder and CEO of Lamiz Coffee, and we do not collaborate with individuals or organizations in this regard. All branches are managed and operated under his direct supervision from the central office.

Login and Registration on the Website

On the Lamiz Coffee website, click on the “My Account” icon at the top of the page (to register). On the registration page, fill in the required information and click the “Sign Up” button. After your information is verified, your account will be automatically activated and you’ll be redirected to your personal dashboard.

Log in to your account using your username and password. On your account page, click on “Edit Profile” on the right side, update your personal information, and then click the “Save Changes” button.

After registering and logging in, you can go to the Addresses section to add a new address for receiving purchased products or edit and update your existing addresses. Click here to edit your account information.

To reset your password, go to the Login/Register page, click on “Forgot Password”, enter the required information, and follow the instructions to change your account password.

Order Placement and Tracking

To place an order for Lamiz Coffee products, log in to your account, go to the Products Store page, select the desired products, and submit your order. Your orders will be processed and confirmed before being prepared for shipment.

Log in to your Lamiz Coffee account. Once logged in, click on “My Orders”. Here, by selecting “Details”, you can view your order and track its preparation and shipping status. You can also use this [link] to track your orders directly.

Shipping costs are cash on delivery and orders are shipped via Tipax.

Orders are shipped via Tipax (shipping cost paid on delivery) and will be delivered within 2 to 5 business days.

Yes, delivery to other cities is available via Tipax, and orders are typically delivered within 2 to 5 business days (excluding holidays).

Products

Coffee is not perishable as long as it remains completely dry and will not spoil. However, to preserve its aroma for longer, it is best to keep it away from air (oxygen), in a cool place, and out of direct sunlight. Over time, the caffeine content does not change, but the aroma and flavor intensity may gradually decrease.

Yes, all coffee roasts are fresh.

Single-origin coffees, including Kenya and Ethiopia, are recommended.

Coffee No. 23 (NO.23) is sweeter and has less acidity compared to Lamiz Specialty Coffee, while the clarity and flavor definition are more pronounced in the Lamiz Specialty blend than in Coffee No. 23 (NO.23).

Both PB Coffee and Nira Coffee are among the highest-quality natural Robusta beans from India.

In PB Coffee, only one bean grows inside a coffee cherry instead of the usual two, making it bitterer compared to Nira Coffee.

Monin flavored syrups are available in 700 ml and 1-liter bottles. You can purchase Monin products from the Lamiz Coffee Store.

For use with milk, Coconut and Crème Brûlée syrups are recommended, while for a milk-free preparation, Passion Fruit syrup is suitable.

Imperial Matcha is the highest-quality and most flavorful matcha, while Super Matcha ranks second in quality.

Imperial Matcha has a vivid emerald green color due to its high chlorophyll content and a smooth texture. Its fresh and mild flavor is typically enjoyed plain as tea, without any additives.

Super Matcha is suitable for daily consumption and is also ideal for mixing with milk and flavorings.
